Everyone is welcome to submit.  Last year&#8217;s attendance was 246 and I expect more this year.<\/p>\n<p>The primary experiment for <a href=\"http:\/\/icml.cc\/2013\/\">ICML 2013<\/a> is multiple paper submission deadlines with rolling review cycles.  The key dates are October 1, December 15, and February 15.  This is an attempt to shift ICML further towards a journal style review process and reduce peak load.
