Consider submitting.<\/p>\n<p>Those in Washington DC, Philadelphia, and New York, may consider attending the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cis.upenn.edu\/departmental\/events\/2012.html\">Franklin Institute Symposium<\/a> <strong>April 25<\/strong> which has several speakers and an award for <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/VC_dimension\">V<\/a>.
