Some characteristics of the algorithm are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gradient descent<\/li>\n<li>&#8230; on about 600 parameters<\/li>\n<li>&#8230; with local minima<\/li>\n<li>&#8230; to solve regression.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This bears a strong resemblance to a neural network.
